Polish Addict Nail Color: Holiday Polishes Haul- Swatches & Review

Hey guys!

Hope you guys bought lots of stuff for black Friday! I did place a few orders and I'm so excited to get them!! Can You guess who I ordered from??

Today I have another Polish Addict Nail Color haul that I purchased a bit ago during her sale. I bought all new Holiday shades that she released. They're all so pretty! Wish I could buy all of them, but there;s like 22 that she released I think! Here's a list of what I purchased and it's description:

  • Toyland: white crelly polish with neon glitters in different shapes and sizes
  • November Rain: blue crelly with a mix of micro glitters in purple, holo teal, and matte white glitters.
  • Snow Angels: white crelly with a mix of micro glitters in pastel pink, hot pink, pastel blue, white, and pastel green. It also has silver hexes, gold hexes, and pink and white snowflakes
  • Blue Christmas: blue jelly polish blue, periwinkle, red, yellow, copper, and brown glitters in different shapes and sizes
  • Naughty Or Nice?: charcoal shimmer grey crelly with a mix of purple, silver, and blue glitters in different shapes and sizes
First swatch is of Toyland, 3 coats, no undies. I love anything neon, especially with a white base. I just loved this polish! Application and formula was great.

Next is November Rain, 3 coats, no undies. I love this polish too. It just caught my attention as soon as I saw it, I'm always a sucker for blue crellies.

Snow Angels. 3 coats, no undies. I found this one to be so interesting so I just had to buy it! I just love the glitter combinations in this. Especially those snow flakes. I did have to flip the bottle over to catch those big snow flake glitters, but other than that, I had no problem with this polish.

Blue Christmas. 4 coats, no undies. It was so incredibly hard to get a good picture of this polish. I feel like because of my super short nails I wasn't able to show this polish off as well as I wanted to. Its very pretty though. Make sure to thin coats so you don't drag the glitters with your brush strokes and also, make sure to wear a base coat with this cause it slightly stained my nails.

And the last swatch is of Naughty Or Nice?. 3 coats, no undies. I really like the grey base on this. I did have to flip the bottle over on this in order to catch the big glitters but it wasn't a huge issue.

Overall, I really liked these polishes, I mean PANC never disappoints. The formula and application are always great. They're always very creative. She's still currently having a sale on her mystery boxes if she still has some left, or you can get $5 off if you   spend $5(use promo code 5off25) or spend $50 and get $10 (use promo code 10off50) the sale ends on Monday 11:59 PM CST.

You can purchase PANC at Laura's storefront by clicking here. Also follow PANC on facebook and Instagram.

B² Lacquer: Christmas and New Years Collection- Swatches & Review

Happy Thanks Giving! Hope you guys have a great holiday and eat lots of great food. I wanted to post this before I head on over to my family's house for thanksgiving dinner. I received B² Lacquers new Christmas and New Years Collection which consists of 8 new polishes; 2 glitter toppers, 2 crellies, 2 jelly's, 1 glow in the dark and one holographic polish. I really like this collection it has a great variety and the polishes are really well made.

Here's a list of each polish and its description:

  • Iceberg- Blue royal jelly with holographic glitter in different shapes and sizes like hexes, dots, squares and microglitter.
  • HO³- ''Ho Ho Ho'' white crelly with red and green circles, squares and microglitters: golden squares: white micro glitter and holographic hexes.
  • Holoberries- Holograpic polish. A cranberry wine holographic polish with a purple/blue shimmery dual chrome.
  • White Lights- White crelly with golden hexes, squares and microglitter.
  • Glitzy- A glitter topper with halo gold and silver glitters in shapes like dots, stars, squares and hexes.
  • Whoville- A glitter balm with neon glitters in different shapes and sizes with a mix of Christmas glitters.
  • Radioactive Snow- A glow in the dark iridescent topper with flakies, squares and hexes that shift from purple to blue in a purple shimmer and halo dust base.
  • Midnight- A black jelly with gold and silver halo glitters in various shapes and sizes including stars and dots.
The first swatch is of Iceberg. I did 3 thin coats, no undies. I absolutely love the royal blue base in this and i did not even have to flip the bottle over before applying because it is packed with glitter. You can layer this over a royal blue polish to do less coats because it is kind of sheer which is expected from a jelly polish but it definitely builds up nicely on its own.

The second swatch is of HO³. I did 3 thin coats, no undies. This is a perfect holiday polish. I love the pops of the red and green glitters. Application and formula were great.

The third swatch is Holoberries. 3 coats, no undies. I absolutely love this halo polish, the formula and application are flawless and the halo is very strong. I decided to do a little nail art since i thought it would look very pretty. I am probably going to wear this for thanksgiving dinner later today.

The next swatch is of White Lights. 3 thin coats, no undies. I am really loving the white and gold combination, I just think they go so well together. I did have a little bit of trouble with the formula on this one, I added a little bit of polish thinner and it worked well. Just make sure to do thin coats or you can ever layer it over a white base to do less coats.

The next swatch is Midnight. 3 thin coats, no undies. I love this black jelly polish the formula is amazing. I love the fact that there is gold glitters in there not only silver which is what most people do. This is one of my favorite ones from the collection.

Radioactive Snow. One thin coat over China Glaze Charmed I'm Sure. I really wanted to layer this over purple. This glow in the dark polish is so pretty. The blue and purple flakies really add a lot to the polish. Formula and application were great.

Glitz. Two thin coats over Simple Colors Last Chance. Formula and application was great for this one as well. I didn't have to fish for any glitter because it was jam packed with it already. I decided to stay within the Christmas-y theme so I chose a green base and I like how it turned out.

And the last one is Whoville. I did two thin coats over Nicole by OPI Kim Konfidential. I decided to layer it over Nude in order to let the color show. I really like the fact that there is a lot of color in this polish. Formula and application were fine.

Today is the last day to pre order this collection. Also, Mia is having a sale now through Cyber Monday. Most of her polishes are $7, even the halos and the glow in the dark polishes are on sale. You also get free shipping on orders over $50. Just use the code: FREESHIP50.

You can follow Mia through her personal blog or her Instagram.

Jonesy Lou Lacquer: Winter 2013 Collection- Swatches & Review

Hey guys! wow, 4 days in a row huh? Am I doing awesome or what?! lol

Today I have a fairly new indie polish brand called Jonesy Lou Lacquer. Jessica, the creator of Jonesy Lou Lacquer sent me 4 of the 7 polishes that make up her Winter 2013 Collection. I haven't seen the rest of the polishes yet, but if what she sent me is any indication of what the rest of the collection will look like, than I'm excited for what's to come.

Here's a list of what I got and their description:

  • Parhelion: a shimmering gold topper that glows in the dark in a bright aqua
  • A Star Is Born: sheer white jelly polish with gold hexes, micro glitters, and stars
  • The More The Merrier: red/ bright pink jelly with gold hexes and micro glitters
  • Baby It's Cold Outside:  a denim blue holo with a purple duochrome shimmer
Overall, the formula and application on these was great! None of them were goopy. They are pretty sheer, but I actually like that in certain polishes. There's a nice variety in this half of the collection so far. This collection will not be available until the beginning of December. But you can head over to her storefront by clicking here where she will have an awesome sale for black Friday weekend!

Ok, lets get to the swatches shall we?

First up is Parhelion, 4 coats, no undies. I looked up parhelion and I found that a parhelion is an " atmospheric phenomenon that creates bright spots of light in the sky, often on a luminous ring or halo on either side of the sun. It really looks awesome, and this polish definitely represents it very well. The gold shimmer against the white is beautiful, plus it glows in the dark. Actually, it also glows in the light. I started noticing how strong the glow was, because I was just in my room with the light on and when I would kinda cover it with my hand it would start glowing! And when I went to sleep last night, with the lights completely off, it was glowing so bright! I even had another GITD polish next to it, that can't even compare to Parhelion.

Glow shot in the dark
Glow shot with the light of my room on and in front of my computer screen.  Look at the glow!

Next up is A Star Is Born, 4 coats, no undies. As you can see, this polish is pretty thin. When I saw it I was going to layer it over a base but I realized that it's really pretty and I didn't want to hide it. So I did it with naked nails and I'm happy I did because It looks awesome like this! It's just so heavenly or something, I don't know how to describe it.

The More The Merrier, 4 coats, no undies. This one I also chose to wear with no undies, but it was really sheer. I wish it was more red than a bright pink. I mean its pretty, but I feel it can be more christmasy. I will layer it over a red to see what it looks like. Another thing I didn't like about this polish was the the golden hexes were too sparse and it was difficult adding a lot to the nail, that's why there's only a few on each nail.

And I saved the best for last, Baby, It's Cold Outside, 3 coats, no undies. I absolutely love this shade of blue, plus the holo, plus the purple duochrome made it that much better. It's just so pretty. I wish I could have captured the duochrome more. The formula and application was awesome.

I really liked these polishes, especially Baby, It's Cold Outside. You can purchase these at Jonesy Lou Lacuer's storefront by clicking here. You can follow Jonesy Lou Lacquer on instagram and facebook

Polish Addict Nail Color Haul: Swatches & Review

Hey guys!

Monday again huh? ugh... but at least Thanksgiving is in a few days! What are you guys planning on doing? I'm planning on eating and hanging out with family. I don't think I'm doing anything for Black Friday cause I work that day, and also because I'm probably gonna do all my shopping online buying tons of indie polishes! LOL

Anyways, today I have a Polish Addict Nail Color haul that I actually purchased about a week or 2 ago and have had the swatches ready but have been lagging it on writing up this blog post. I actually have another PANC haul coming in a few days I hope, that I purchased during Laura's birthday sale ( Happy Birthday Laura...again! lol). Yeah, I'm a PANC ADDICT. It currently holds first place for my largest collection in my polish stash. I have over half a helmer drawer full with PANCs! Anyways, let's get down to the needy greedy lol...

A list and description of what I bought:

  • Cursed: black jelly polish with blue, yellow, and green iridescent hexes
  • Scary Clowns: black jelly polish packed with rainbow glitter in different shapes and sizes like hexes, squares, stars, and bars
  • Cotton Candy Shop: a glow in the dark light purple crelly with purple, pink and yellow hexes and micro glitters
  • Dark Secrets:  purple crelly with dark purple, pink and blue micro glitter
  • Tutti Fruitti: light pink crelly with blue, orange pink, green, silver, white and fuchsia glitters like hexes and circles with a pink and silver shimmer
  • Mad Hater's Tea Party: light coral pink crelly with yellow, pink, red, orange, green, black glitters in different shapes and sizes like hexes, stars, circles and micro glitters
  • A Vampire's Kiss: a dark red jelly with silver hexes and large holo circles; red, blue, black and yellow hexes with silver micro glitter
  • Berry Bewitching: light purple crelly with green, blue, orange, white yellow, and red glitters in different shapes and sizes
  • Banana Colada: light yellow crelly with large light yellow, yellow pink, green hexes; aqua blue, light green, light pink squares; fuchsia and purple hexes and micro glitter
All of these polishes has an amazing formula, I mean come on, it's PANC. I totally recommend these for everyone, especially a glitter junkie like me lol. I don't know if Laura still offers these since these were being discontinued at the time that I purchased them, but you might get one if you purchase a mystery box which will have an exclusive polish if you purchase the box on black Friday! The store is closed til Friday so make purchase your box! Just click here. Or you can purchase any polishes from her current Christmas collection(which I'll have a couple of swatches of them soon) and/or any other polish she'll have at her store, which she'll have off for 35% off!

Ok let's get to the swatches...

First up is Cursed, 4 coats. this is pretty sheer, but it builds up nicely. God, I love this polish. It's like so different but yet very simple. I was just staring at my nails all day.

....yes lots of pictures! lol

Scary Clowns , 3 thin coats. I absolutely love this polish! I wanted to get this one in my mystery box so bad, but since I didn't, I put another order in and finally purchased it. I wish I had longer nails to really show it off ):

Cotton Candy Shop, 3 thin coats. I really like this one. It only has a few different colored glitter, but it's pretty. Plus it glows in the dark!

Next is Dark Secrets, 3 coats, no undies. I thought I was gonna like this one more. I still like it but it's not my favorite. Still very pretty.

Next up is Tutti Fruitti, 3 coats. Such a pretty pink polish. Love all the different glitters in this!

Mad Hater's Tea Party, 3 coats. This one looks really similar to Tutti Fruitti but a different base, and it does have different glitters. I do like this one but I wish that it would remind me more of the Mad Hater.

A Vampire's Kiss, 3 coats. I really love this one! I don't have many red jelly polishes so that why I ordered this one and I was not disappointed by it, at all.

Berry Bewitching, 3 coats, no undies. I love any purple crelly/jelly polish! Love the glitter combo in this.

Banana Colada, 3 coats. I can't believe I waited this long to buy this one! I love this so much! I think it's my favorite from this haul. It's so cute! The base, the glitters, just everything is perfect! Totally recommend this!

Dashing Housewife Polish: Christmas Cheer Holiday Collection

Wow, a post everyday for the past 3 days! And I already have tomorrow's ready! Well, to me it's awesome cause I've definitely been having a hard time keeping up, so let me just pat myself on the back real quick lol. jk.

Well, today I have Dashing Housewife Polish again, this time with her Christmas Cheer Holiday Collection that is absolutely awesome! I'll show them to you in a bit, but first, here's a list of each polish and their descriptions:

  • Frostbite:  light blue base with shimmer and silver, blue and purple holo glitters
  • Snow Is Glistening: white shimmery base with silver squares and micro glitter, and iridescent squares, shards, and micro glitter
  • Santa Baby: pink/fuchsia polish with fuchsia micro glitters and scattered silver micro glitter
  • Under The Mistletoe: glitter topper with neon green and green hexes, squares and micro glitter; red hexes and large red hearts and circles
  • Baby It's Cold Outside: blue/teal frost with a bit of purple shimmer
  • Holiday Cheermeister: a glitter topper with green and silver hexes, squares, and circles
  • MINTer Wonderland: light/pastel green with white hexes in different sizes with a slight blue and silver shimmer
  • Frosted Cookie: white base polish with red and green hexes, silver squares, and red and green microglitter in a shimmer base
First up is Frostbite, 3  thin coats, no undies. I love this polish! I think it's one of my favorites from this collection. Application and formula was awesome.

Next up is Snow Is Glistening, 4 thin coats, no undies. I really like this polish too! It's so beautiful, very simple, but very beautiful. It's a bit sheer but it builds up nicely.

Santa Baby, 3 coats, no undies. This one didn't stand out to me all that much because of the rest of the awesome polishes in this. But I did like it a lot on my nails. Application and formula was great.

You can really see the silver shimmer in this one.

Under The Mistletoe, 2 thin coats over Essie Lots of Lux. OMG I just love this combination. Under the Mistletoe is so beautiful! It's a perfect polish for Christmas. I flipped the bottle over before applying and I didn't have any issues with the big glitters.

Close up, Isn't is beautiful!

Baby It's Cold Outside, 4 coats, no undies. I did like this polish, but I guess I'm just more of a glitter gal than a frosty polish.

Holiday Cheermeister, 2 thin coats over China Glaze Just Be- Claws. Very pretty. Application and formula was great.

MINTer Wonderland, 4 coats, no undies. First of all, I love the name! So clever! I absolutely love the idea of this polish because white and pastel green go perfect together. I do wish the green in this polish was a bit more pastel but it's still very pretty. It is pretty sheer, and it was a bit goopy but totally workable.

And last but not least is Frosted Cookie, 3 coats, no undies. I really like this one. Its very cute. Application and formula was great.

I really liked this collection overall. There's a little something for everyone and on top of that it's really well made cause I didn't have much trouble with the application on these. You can purchase this from Dashing Housewife Polish's etsy store by clicking here. And like always, you can follow Dashing Housewife Polish on instagram, and  facebook for sales and updates!
