Hey guys! I hope everyone had a great Friday! I have another post for you guys today. This time, I'll be showing you some Blue Eyed Girl Lacquer polishes, including a new addition to the Siren series ad a new Destination Duo! Check out all the info down below!
I love these Destination Duos that Blue Eyed Girl Lacquer creates! I have reviewed a few of them before. But in case you're new to them, each month, BEGL teams up with a different indie brand and they each come up with a polish inspired by a picture taken on a trip by one of the makers. This month's picture was taken by Julie from BEGL( great picture by the way Julie!) while she was spending some time at St. George's Island in Florida.
For this month, each duo will come with two polishes and a set of 10 waterslide decals of tropical drinks! They will be available at both shops (BEGL and Literary Lacquers) for $25 shipped domestically and $22 plus shipping for international customers. They are available for purchase now so make sure to get them before they sell out!
Literary Lacquers Gulf Coast Twilight is described as a soft dusky twilight purple linear holo with iridescent gold flakies and a touch of orange shimmer. I wore 3 coats.
I really love the flakies in there! Definitely makes this unique. Great formula and application
Blue Eyed Girl Lacquer Happy Hour at the Blue Parrot is described as a medium sunny orange jelly with purple and copper shimmers. I wore 3 coats plus topcoat.
I LOVE this! The shimmers really come through on your nail. It was a bit sheer for a BEGL polish, but it built up nicely.
And here is a close up of the cute decals included in the duo.
Overall, I really like this month's Destination Duo! They both made fantastic polishes, each with great formula and application.
This month's new Siren polish is gawgeous! I'm telling you, you'll love it!
Siren Channels the 80s is a neon/fluorescent green crelly packed with silver holo, gold holo, lime holo, and rainbow iridescent microglitters. I wore 2 coats plus topcoat.
I fell in love with this the second I put it on my nail. I think a lot of people are always scared of how neons are going to apply. But have no fear! This one went on so smoothly with 2 easy coats. My camera was thrown off with so much green so I couldn't capture are the glitters in there, so sorry about that!
The new Destination Duo and Siren polish are available now! Get them before they're gone because they're limited editions! Which one did you like?
