Twisted Colors: Spring Brights- Swatches & Review

Hi guys! I finally had time to post something on my blog. My life has been pretty chaotic lately; there's just been a lot of bad news. But recently, Denise from Twisted Colors Lacquer sent me a bunch (and I mean a bunch!) of polishes to swatch for her new upcoming collections. It made me feel so good, first off, because the polishes are amazing! There's holos, thermals, glitter bombs, and crellies! But most importantly, because she chose ME to swatch all of her beauties, so I hope you guys like them, especially you Denise! Swatches after the jump!

So this half of the collections consists of 4 jelly polishes with a linear holo effect and 1 glitter bomb. These jellies are pretty sheer, but you can definitely reach full opacity with a few coats. You can also layer them over a similar color. I did both in my swatches.

Peony. 5 coats, no undies on my pointer, middle, and pinky finger. I layered 2 coats of Peony over 2 thin coats of OPI I'm All Ears on my ring finger. At first, I thought this polish looked more red than pink, but once on your fingers, its pink. I really like this shade of pink, it so pretty! This polish wasn't goppey at all, it was fairly easy to apply.

Bluebonnet. 5 coats, no undies on my pointer, middle, and pinky finger. I layered 2 coats of Bluebonnet over 1 thin coat of Finger Paints Midnight Sleigh Ride. It was so hard to find a blue that matched Bluebonnet. I had to play around with my polishes a bit when I came across this Finger Paints polishes. This blue is just perfect for spring and summer. Formula and application was great, it went on smoothly.

Bottle Shot

Razzleberry. 5 coats, no undies on my pointer, middle, and pinky finger. I layered 2 coats of Razzleberry over 2 thin coats of OPI Tomorrow Never Dies. I absolutely love this purple! It's almost a blurple to be honest. This one is almost a favorite out of the four if it wasn't for Lemongrass. This went on smoothly as well.

Close Up, Isn't it beautiful?!

Lemongrass. 5 coats, no undies on my pointer, middle, and pinky finger. I layered 4 coats of Lemongrass over 2 thin coats of Wet & Wild The Wonder Yellows. I love this yellow/green jelly polish! I want to see more neon holographic polishes like this! This is just perfect *Olaf voice* for spriiing and suuuummerr (lol I hope you guys got that!). This went on smoothly as well.

Butterflies & Bows. I layered this over all 4 of the jellies to show you guys how awesome it looks over everything. This is for sure a glitter bomb. It's so glirly and pretty. I love the glitter combination in this, especially those butterflies and bows! The formula and application was perfect.

Overall, I loved this collection. The colors were so pretty. I know some people might not want to deal with the sheer jellies, but I personaly loved them. I love pairing polishes, and these are perfect for that. Plus, the holo effect is so strong! I totally recommend these.

These polishes will be available on Saturday, March 22nd at 2pm Central, which is my birthday! You can purchase these at Twisted Colors' storefront by clicking here. You can also follow Twisted Colors on Facebook and instagram.

I'll have swatches of the Spring Thermals tomorrow so stay tuned!
