Twinsie Tuesday: One Stroke Flower

Hey guys! It's Tuesday again, and this week's Twinsie Tuesday's theme is One Stroke Flowers. I was totally dreading this week's theme simply because I knew it was going to be a nail fail, and boy was I right lol. Check it out for yourself and let me know what you think.

I was initially trying to do two colors but I found that difficult so I found this awesome tutorial from Lucy's Stash and I thought I'd give it a try. I was going to use white nail polish for the flowers but every tutorial that I found, they would always use acrylic paint so I don't know if the one stroke technique only works with acrylic paint, but I just used it just in case.

I used Color Club Miss Bliss as the base. This probably would have looked a bit better if I would have taken a sun shot but I didn't have time to.

I think my brush was partially at fault. I don't really have a good flat brush, so the bristles didn't really work with me. Plus in case you haven't noticed, my nails broke over the weekend so that was a lot harder to work with since they're so short now. But overall, I just suck at this lol. Regardless, check out what the rest of the ladies did cause they always do amazing work.

  6. These are totally cute! They may not be exactly what you intended, but they really are adorable. Awesome pairing, with the Halo Hue as well!
